The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a broad spectrum of securities work, including public and private securities offerings, periodic reporting for public companies, and providing corporate governance advice. Experience in public and private mergers and acquisitions and private equity is highly desirable. The role requires excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.
