The Business Immigration Attorney at Baker McKenzie's Chicago office will be responsible for handling a high volume of global and U.S. immigration cases. This role involves preparing business NIV and IV petitions, responding to RFE queries, and drafting client communications. The candidate must stay updated with emerging legislation and assess its potential effect on clients' businesses. The role requires exceptional analytical, organizational, and case management capabilities, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as top academic credentials and excellent communication and writing skills. Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience in U.S. business immigration, with global immigration experience being greatly beneficial. They must also be admitted to and a member in good standing of the Illinois bar. This is a bonus-eligible position with benefits, and offers a pay range of $130,000 to $145,000 annually based on hours worked, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
