We are looking for an associate attorney from law school classes 2018 to 2020 to join our dynamic litigation team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in state and federal litigation, with prior exposure to various areas such as oil and gas, energy, fiduciary litigation, employment, privacy, antitrust, and securities. While prior district or appellate court clerkship experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Key responsibilities include researching and drafting motions and briefs, engaging in all aspects of discovery, and managing case/client interactions. Experience with depositions, hearings, and trials will be advantageous.
