The role involves advising fund sponsors, underwriters, and service providers on structuring, operations, financing, regulation, and corporate strategy of registered investment companies. Applicants should demonstrate high academic achievements and have prior experience in an investment management group of a comparable firm. The role necessitates collaboration with M&A colleagues regarding 1940 Act matters as well as participating in a mentor program for lateral transitions.
