The Associate role requires 2 to 4 years of experience in general commercial litigation, particularly in insurance coverage analysis, litigation, and class actions. The individual must possess expert knowledge in insurance coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage and defensive suits, or class action litigation, preferably acquired from a law firm setting. The role demands excellent academic achievements, thorough legal understanding, advanced research abilities, good writing skills and astute analytical skills. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and membership in the State Bar of Georgia are compulsory.
