The Tax Associate role at Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is an exciting and dynamic position in the Energy Project Development and Finance group. Applicants are expected to have 2-6 years of transactional experience, particularly focusing on energy transition projects and preferably renewable energy. Key responsibilities include representation of sponsors, investors, and lenders in renewable energy projects and tax credit transfer transactions. While an LL.M in taxation and experience in partnership tax and transaction are preferred, they are not a necessity. State bar admission is obligatory. Salary is determined by a multitude of factors including location and specific qualifications, with a range between $205,000 to $440,000 per year depending on location.
